  It was very pleasant. The Condo was roomy. It was a little dated and dark. We would suggest a mirror in each bedroom. The elevator was a little crasy but we learned how to work it. It was also in need of a good cleaning. We were gone a lot so the darkness wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was nice and roomy. In fact we had plenty of room. The showers were awesome. Finding a place to park was sometimes tricky. The Condo location was wonderful. Not very far to anywhere we went. Overall a good place. I am not sure I would stay there again unless it was updated and lighter inside. It was very clean.

  We had a very nice vacation stay at Big Bear 5003. It was an easy location to get to but secluded enough to be peaceful. The log cabins around it were nicely kept, also. We used the pool and it was very pleasant. I think a few more signs showing quest the way to the pool would help. The beds and baths were nice sizes and comfortable. The furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice. I think a few more utensils- knifes, forks, spoons are needed- we ran short most of the time- but that's an easy fix. Everything else was nicely supplied. The balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed the sunsets. The furniture there was very nice. Everywhere we needed to go was easily reached from our location.

  When you see the 'Exceptional' rating, believe it! This place is awesome! To begin with, Stacy was great with giving very thorough instructions and was very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, it was extremely clean. I'm picky and look at corners in the bathroom and that sort of thing. Even the corners were clean. The view is breathtaking from either the huge, comfortable balcony or the front entrance. I would give this place 20 stars if I could. The condo was also very well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. The location is fantastic! Kroger is right across the street and it's just minutes from the Parkway and all of the fun. If you're hesitant in booking this, do yourself a favor and just do it!!

We enjoyed the large balcony for morning coffee as we watched the town below awaken. The condo is removed from the hustle of the main highway which was nice. Parking is tight if you are traveling with a larger vehicle. Overall, we enjoyed a great stay and would recommend this unit for a private get-a-away, family or two couples.

  We took a family vacation to Pigeon Forge TN and stayed at the Big Bear Resort and Lodge - unit 5003.
  This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. When we opened the door on arrival, we all said how nice it was. The master bedroom is awesome, with a king size bed and really nice bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. There was also a door to the very large balcony. The second bedroom also had a king bed. The second bathroom was a nice, standard bathroom.
  The balcony out back was great. Awesome views of the mountains, and we sat out there in the morning before we started our day and when we got back. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 rockers.
  The condo is well equipped with a range, dishwasher, fridge, appliances, plates, glasses, dining tbl, chairs, sofa etc.
  It was a great size for our group of 4 adults, a 10 year old and a 5 year old.
  The unit was very clean and well maintained.
  This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and we discovered it was very busy with a fair amount of traffic. So what we liked about the location of the condo was that you are down pretty close to a lot of the things you're going to want to do and saving some time versus staying further out. We were 20 to 25 minutes from Gatlinburg and 15 minutes or so over to Dollywood. Another area that we liked was Wears Valley, which is the road off the resort property, and heading away from Pigeon Forge. We took Wears Valley Road to go to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You need to make a day trip there - and in particular Cades Cove, where we saw 6 adult bears, including a mama and her cub. Really a great day.
  There are lots of restaurants, Go Kart tracks, Mountain coasters, mini golf, ice cream, shops and more very close to the condo.
  Dollywood was very nice, and Soaky Mtn - a great water park is worth going to.

  We have booked with My Smoky Rentals at Big Bear Resort for many years now. We have stayed in cabins and condos and have never had a bad experience. This fall we stayed in condo 5003. It was fantastic. It was beautifully decorated with a bear theme and lots of fall accents. It has a huge deck with awesome Mountain View’s that we enjoyed immensely. It was very clean and comfortable and stocked with games, videos and books to enjoy during our stay. The location is great, only minutes to the center of the Pigeon Forge Parkway action. The booking, check in and check out is super easy and the management staff are just the greatest to deal with. If you’re looking for a quiet stay close to the action with great Mountain View’s this is it!

  The condo was well equipped and everything was in great condition. Super clean and convenient to the local attractions. light switches were labeled so you didn’t have to guess which switch turns on which light. There was even an extra shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels... well outfitted. As others have noted I would say the only issue is parking. Sadly people took advantage of the few spaces... One ride Michigan renter took up three spots where they parked box trailer that he left there permanently and then a large SUV and a Harley Davidson motorcycle, I would recommend each unit get one parking spot and define those by numbered spaces. Even with the parking issue I would highly recommend this condo.

  We were only in Pigeon Forge for a couple of days and spent most of the time at Dollywood but when we were at the condo we were pleased with the accommodations. Everything was in good working order, clean and plenty of very hot water. Indoor pool is very small so can be crowded with just 6-7 people so we did not have an opportunity to try it out. I would certainly stay again. Staff was attentive in checking up on us.

  Me my wife and kids have come to Pigeon Forge for Christmas for the last 16 years. This has got to be one of our favorite places that we have stayed at an Pigeon Forge. The condo is quite large and was set up beautifully for Christmas, with a Christmas tree and decorations throughout the condo. The condo is very convenient to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. We were able to see the fireworks from Dollywood from the anterior condo balcony at 9 PM which was an added bonus. The owners sent us a text to make sure when we arrived at everything was satisfactory. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks

  The Property Manager Larry was great from the start. He was very responsive and answered questions before we arrived and was quick to respond once we were there. The condo was clean and had the basic necessities. We had everything we needed to cook and clean. There is a washer and dryer in the unit but they will bring you fresh towels and linens upon request. It was a two bedroom unit with a king bed in each and both were comfy. The master bedroom had a door leading to the balcony which was nice because we had the kids on the pull out sleeper couch bed next to the sliding doors so we could sneak out on the balcony in the AM or PM without disturbing their sleep. The master bath had a jacuzzi tub which was nice after a long hike! Also had a large shower. The sun set off the back of the condo so each night we could watch the sunset and relax. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs and 2 rocker chairs. There were board games and DVDs in unit. There was a dining table for 4 and 2 bar top tables. Everything you need to sleep and entertain 6 people. The unit 5003 was located right off the elevator which was convenient and since it's the center of the building the balcony was kicked out and was bigger than the other units which was nice! Location wise it was right off the main strip of Pigeon Forge so we were close enough to enjoy the activities but away enough to have peach and quiet. We brought our bikes so we drove over to the library and jumped on a riverside trail that runs from the library over to The Island (area with shops, restaurants, activities). There is an Alpine Coaster you can see from the balcony to the left and it is REALLY cool! Probably the best around and it's right down the street. The building had an indoor pool and gym and also an outdoor pool. This condo was about 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. Overall great experience and we will be back!
