  Our Dinner Club of 4 couples do a destination get away every year. This year was Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This cabin was exactly as described. 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, game room, formal dining room and spacious. It was amazing. We cooked at least 1 or 2 meals every day and loved the space. The numerous porches with rocking chairs and swings was was wonderful. Making plans to return in the spring. Perfect getaway.

  Bear Haven cabin has everything you need! It was extremely clean and perfect for our extended weekend getaway. It was nice to have our own private hot tub, pool table, arcade game and all of the other amenities offered at Big Bear Lodge. The location of this rental is very convenient to town, grocery stores but not right in the middle of town. The property managers are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. They are our first choice when planning a visit to Pigeon Forge.
  
  As a note, traffic is louder than we expected but that may be due to weekend's being busier. We aren't used to city traffic, but if you are then no problem. The cabin more than makes up for a little traffic noise.

If you are staying for more than 2-3 nights I suggest bringing extra dish soap and dishwasher detergent and toilet paper, they only provide a starter supply and glad we brought extras as we stayed 4 nights and would have to run out to buy those items. The walk in bathroom shower worked well for one family members that has mobility problems, There were a few more stairs than we would have like for that person but once we entered the cabin, all our activities could be on one level.   This is the second time we have rented this particular cabin. It was well stocked and clean. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a huge den area with fireplace, pool table and a video machine. The grandkids loved this room. Main level is large living room area, kitchen and bedroom. Upstairs is a master suite with bathroom and jacuzzi. My only complaint is that it’s hard to regulate the temperature for all 3 levels. Sunny with my smoky rentals is great to work with!

  The cabin was clean and they allowed us early entry . Any questions I asked they responded . Great WiFi , very close to pigeon forge ( almost walking ) . Fit 10 of us just fine. It’s not very high up in the mountains and at first I was a little sad but once it snowed I was glad I didn’t need 4x4 to get back home. Great cabin , I will reuse again 100%. The keyless entry was nice with covid you don’t have to worry about touching a key or getting a key lost.

  We had a great time. Home was very well decorated. Plenty of comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Very convenient to parkway. The only thing I would change is the carpet downstairs. Damp, musty smell.

  There were more TVs than our party. The grandchildren loved having their own space in the downstairs area. There were plenty of places to sit outdoors. We enjoyed sitting on the master deck with a beverage and a book. Our d-in-l was coming off her first chemo treatment for breast cancer. She was able to rest in the BR across from the kitchen and be part of the goings on.
  We contacted the property about 2 toilets that were adding water every few minutes and they were never able to get a maintenance person there to fix them. There was also a bulb out on the screened porch that we couldn't replace ourselves and a ceiling light was buzzing in the stairwell to the rec room.
  The decorations were lovely and we enjoyed our short getaway.

  We had a great stay! The cabin was awesome! It was just as described, very spacious and had every amenity you could think of! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc! Which was great during this covid pandemic. There are two grocery stores near by which was convenient! The cabin was very clean! We can’t wait to go back, hopefully in fall!

  Stayed over Christmas with 11 family members. The house was perfect with 3 floors, one for each family more or less. We had my parents who celebrated their 50th anniv while there, our family of 4 which included 2 teens, and my brothers family of 4 that also included 2 teens. The boy teens stayed on the pull out sofas downstairs, all others stayed in rooms. The bathroom set up worked well, one for each family to share. The only bathroom that is within a room is the one on the top floor that has the large tub in the room. We had to contact the owner about a few things and he got right back to us and helped out. The only thing I would suggest to improve is not really for the owner, but the complex. They need a treadmill in the gym. :) The rowing machine didn't count anything as you used it, and it has a step machine. I realize most don't go on vacation to run, but we had 4 of us who needed to get a run in and it doesn't get light out early in the winter, so we had to hit the gym. I know it seems odd to put that in here, but for people training for anything they will find that info helpful. We would stay here again!
