If you are staying for more than 2-3 nights I suggest bringing extra dish soap and dishwasher detergent and toilet paper, they only provide a starter supply and glad we brought extras as we stayed 4 nights and would have to run out to buy those items. Several grocery stores very close by and was close to all Pigeon Forge experiencesz

  We had a great sister weekend at Bear Haven! There was plenty of room for all of us in the family room and we loved all of the porches! The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.   Enjoyed every minute, in fact 2 days was not enough. Each of the 3 couples had the own floor with bathroom and private bath. The walk in bathroom shower worked well for one family members that has mobility problems, There were a few more stairs than we would have like for that person but once we entered the cabin, all our activities could be on one level. The gathering rooms were so comfortable, it felt like home.

  Nice cabin. Close to pigeon forge, cal Ripken experience and wear fields. 30 minutes from Gatlinburg. Porch and rockers were our favorite place. There is an indoor and outdoor public pool on the grounds. Parking was great for the cabin. Hot tub was nice. Property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Even on our way home to MI they mentioned they didn't want to go to their home, only the cabin. It was very close to all the attractions we wanted. Well stocked, clean and just very comfortable. The property managers stayed in touch, kept me informed which I really liked. We needed an HDMI cord and it was taken care of right away. Thank you for a peaceful 4 days.

  This is the second time we have rented this particular cabin. It was well stocked and clean. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a huge den area with fireplace, pool table and a video machine. The grandkids loved this room. Main level is large living room area, kitchen and bedroom. Upstairs is a master suite with bathroom and jacuzzi. My only complaint is that it’s hard to regulate the temperature for all 3 levels. Sunny with my smoky rentals is great to work with!

  Our family of 10 ( 3 families) loved our stay here near the hub of Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to Gatlinburg, Dollywood and the beautiful Smoky Mountains. This beautiful house is spacious and nestled in a cabin rental community with a short walk to the common pool,hot tub, and gym facilities. There are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the outside while enjoying your coffee or evening chatter~ we loved the front porch the best. The hosts were super responsive and friendly and the checkin/out process a breeze with very clear directions. Comfy bedding and great AC/fans. Sculpted bear and woodsy details everywhere. Bear Haven fit both our family and our budget perfectly!

  The cabin was clean and they allowed us early entry . Any questions I asked they responded . Great WiFi , very close to pigeon forge ( almost walking ) . Fit 10 of us just fine. It’s not very high up in the mountains and at first I was a little sad but once it snowed I was glad I didn’t need 4x4 to get back home. Great cabin , I will reuse again 100%. The keyless entry was nice with covid you don’t have to worry about touching a key or getting a key lost.

  There were more TVs than our party. The grandchildren loved having their own space in the downstairs area. There were plenty of places to sit outdoors. We enjoyed sitting on the master deck with a beverage and a book. Our d-in-l was coming off her first chemo treatment for breast cancer. She was able to rest in the BR across from the kitchen and be part of the goings on.
  We contacted the property about 2 toilets that were adding water every few minutes and they were never able to get a maintenance person there to fix them. There was also a bulb out on the screened porch that we couldn't replace ourselves and a ceiling light was buzzing in the stairwell to the rec room.
  The decorations were lovely and we enjoyed our short getaway.

  Stayed over Christmas with 11 family members. The house was perfect with 3 floors, one for each family more or less. We had my parents who celebrated their 50th anniv while there, our family of 4 which included 2 teens, and my brothers family of 4 that also included 2 teens. The boy teens stayed on the pull out sofas downstairs, all others stayed in rooms. The bathroom set up worked well, one for each family to share. The only bathroom that is within a room is the one on the top floor that has the large tub in the room. We had to contact the owner about a few things and he got right back to us and helped out. The only thing I would suggest to improve is not really for the owner, but the complex. They need a treadmill in the gym. :) The rowing machine didn't count anything as you used it, and it has a step machine. I realize most don't go on vacation to run, but we had 4 of us who needed to get a run in and it doesn't get light out early in the winter, so we had to hit the gym. I know it seems odd to put that in here, but for people training for anything they will find that info helpful. We would stay here again!
