Located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge (Parkway at Wears Valley Road, Traffic light #3), our two-bedroom two-bath condo with new sleeper sofa has a huge wrap around balcony that provides everything you’ll need to have an enjoyable visit.
Spectacular views of the mountains & valley set the scene for this end unit at Big Bear Lodge & Resort.
The great room opens to a wrap-around covered balcony that overlooks a vista stretching from Bluff Mountain to Mount Le Conte. This is the perfect place to dine while watching the sunset.
Next to the dining area a built-in desk provides the perfect spot to fire up the laptop and plan tomorrow's activities, while the kitchen features a breakfast bar with granite countertops.
The master suite is an oasis with private access to the balcony and a stylish glass block wall accenting the spa-like ensuite with dual sinks, whirlpool tub, and a gorgeous custom tile shower.
The second bedroom adjoins a shared full bath via an alcove holding the laundry closet with washer and dryer.

  This condo exceeded my expectations. We were in town for a Cheer competition and I wanted to be as close to the convention center as possible while still feeling like I was in the mountains. This condo checked all of the boxes. It is in a great location super close to the Island. There is typically a lot of traffic in this area so being close will save you a lot of time. Also very close to two good grocery stores. It was cheaper than staying in the hotel with way more space, a kitchen and two bathrooms. When we walked in, I was so happy to see that it was decorated for Christmas including a Tree! The balcony is beautiful and much bigger than I anticipated. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The TV in living room is a smart TV that you can sign into Netflix etc. I only have one very small complaint. When you leave you have to take your trash out but the dumpster is the whole way down at the entrance. I understand, that they would not be able to put a dumpster any higher up as the truck would have a hard time getting up there but when leaving you are forced to put garbage in your car to take it down there. It was minor but not ideal. I'm not sure I have a better solution to suggest and I'm sure that most rentals have a similar situation.
  I highly recommend this condo / company. Thank you we enjoyed our stay and I would return to this location again.

  Exactly as described. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds (I didn't like the flat pillows but that's my opinion). Everything we needed in the kitchen. They did have a k cup coffee and a drip coffee maker (I thought only the kcup before we went) The balcony and view was our favorite part! Great communication. Location was perfect, less than 5 min to the pigeon forge strip.I would def stay here again.

  Beautiful views, easy access to attractions and yet felt like you were in a rural location. Comfortable beds. Interior a little dark but cabin-y. Only issues were lack of towels (only 1 per bath) and there was a strong scent inside like a candle burning or scent plug in. Not pleasant. But, Overall, I would stay again!

  This was our third time renting from My Smoky Mountain rentals. This condo on the fourth floor was perfect! It was spacious and clean, and very well appointed with the mountain feel. These corner units are especially nice with the windows along the side that let in so much light, and the fantastic views from the wraparound balcony.
  
  I also think these units tend to be much quieter than the cabins that are surrounding it. We didn’t hear a peep from any of the other people in this building the whole 3 days we were there on a Memorial Day weekend.

  My daughter and our friends headed to our favorite place for some much needed fun. The staff at My Smokey Rentals was absolutely amazing with updates about the condo and were so welcoming. Receiving a text from a human, not a robot! The condo was fantastic. Gorgeous views from a wrap around porch, clean comfortable beds, lots of amenities in the kitchen too. Best of all there was a Christmas tree and Christmas decor in the home. It was such a great surprise. The cardinals on the tree gave me sweet memories of my last stay at BB with my grandmother.   Very satisfied with our stay at "One Blessed Nest". Centrally located less than a mile from
  the parkway. The furniture is comfortable to flop down on at the end of a busy day. The condo is attractively decorated. There is a very nice wrap around balcony with wicker furniture that we enjoyed on our spring rod run stay. The beds are comfortable with ample supply of pillows. It is very quiet for a good night's sleep.
  Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, etc. Condo was very clean at our stays in spring & December.
  The property manager was helpful and kind. When the
  elevator was inoperable, she came, without our asking, and helped carry our luggage down from 4th floor. This was appreciated as my wife was recovering from knee replacement surgery. We've rented many cabins over the years for rod runs, but we feel this is our spot from now on. We really enjoyed our stay. We would rate this property 5 stars for overall satisfaction.

  We had a tremendous experience with My Smoky Rentals MSR) and this unit/building. When our initial unit rented was canceled on us MSR quickly sprung to action and found us another unit that frankly was probably better, while honoring the original price. The communication was top notch, text response times very good, and we could not have asked for more.
  
  The unit itself is spacious enough for our family of 6, well kept, home-like, and has a beautiful view of the area/mountains. Coming with all linens/towels/basic hygiene was also a nice touch for a rental. Very well located enough off the strip where noise is not a factor.
  
  A couple items I would look to improve on:
  - while not a lot of TV watching went on, the TVs are not even HD, we could barely see them!
  
  - Having to take the trash out and load & run the dishwasher at the end of the stay seems like overkill. I walked around for 10 min trying to find the dumpster. I usually go on vacation to get away from chores not add to them : )What do we pay a cleaning fee for?

  Loved the convenience of keyless entry, easy parking and elevator access. The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have king-size beds in both bedrooms. The view from the wrap-around balcony was great-mountains in the daytime and all the lights at night. We saw fireworks in the distance both nights (Dollywood?). It was only three or four minutes off the Parkway.
  Didn’t have any cause to contact the owner but I think it would have been easy if needed.

  The condo was exactly what I saw on the website. Very impressive and loved the wrap around balcony. Beds were soft but no other than that, I highly recommend this stay. Contacted the office and the person that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

  The condo was amazing. The view was awesome and we loved the patio. The only downside was the indoor pool was down 2 days and it rained so it would've been nice to use but that is not the condo owners fault. Overall we definitely want to come back.

  This resort that we stay at was very great, good view had a indoor pool. The room it self was very good, the beds in both room where very comfortable to sleep in. The only thing it was lacking they need to have some lug carts.
