  Customer service was excellent! Originally rented a different place. 2 weeks before arrival Sunny contacted us about maintenance issue. They were told it would be ready for our arrival date. Sunny called to say she was not sure and wondered if we would like to book another place. Made a suggestion and it was perfect! The place had more room, hot tub and was exceptionally clean!! Even closer to were we needed to be. The staff at My Smoky Rentals really care about their guest. Check in was so easy. All information came week in advance. Would highly recommend this company.   411 was a great place for our family Christmas trip! The location was great, close to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge attractions and not a far drive at all to Gatlinburg. We had a great time in the hot tub and enjoyed the pool (although recommend bringing robes for the kids walk over), but super conveniently located. The rec room was a little disappointing, but not much of an issue. The bedrooms on three different levels were great for privacy. It was hard to tell from the pictures, but the downstairs was like a little apartment which we used as the grandparents suite. Management was super helpful and responded right away when the upstairs TV wouldn’t work for us.

  If you want to be close to shops & attractions, this is perfect cabin. Cabin has beautiful mountain view from back porch. Beds, pillows were comfortable & nice quality linens. The loft room was great for the teens. Lower level was another mini apt. Only downside was the main bedroom has no door. The option of a curtain there would be nice. The younger kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. Cabin is very close to main parkway. There's no lights in back porch/hot tub area,you will need to bring a portable lamp. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would rent again.

Very easy to get around to our wedding venue and anything else we could possibly need. The cabin had everything that we needed down to the one thing I forgot which was an iron so appreciate it.   When I leave a review, I want to be as honest as possible. We LOVED this cabin! The location was prime. We didn't have to travel far to get to anything that we wanted to do. The only negative things were the water pressure in the loft area and the hot tub had a few jets that didn't work. Also, for a large group that want to Uber or Lyft to locations to be safe after a fun night, pre-plan if possible. We had to end up having a DD. And lastly, I am not sure if this was a good thing on bad thing... We didn't see any bears!

  We stayed in 411 Bears Den for one week. We had originally booked one of the condos in the lodge but the owners sold it so Sunny called us immediately and changed our reservation over to 411 Bears Den. It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). The 2 girls stayed upstairs and the 2 boys stayed downstairs. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The teens used the in-unit hot tub multiple nights and the indoor pool right across from the cabin multiple times. The location of the unit is centrally located in Pigeon Forge and is tucked up on a hillside where it is much quieter than you'd initially suspect. Though the unit had a couple minor issues, the communication with Sunny was phenomenal. She took care of things promptly and made sure everything was taken care of to our liking. All in all, I can't say enough about the communication from start to finish. The evening we flew into Tennessee, Sunny even texted to make sure we made it safely! I would definitely recommend My Smoky Rentals!

  This cabin was PERFECT for our two family group- we had a ton of space for both of our families. Our kiddos had a blast at the pool and in our hot tub. The location was perfect.

  I don't know where to start from the moment we rented communication was great. We arrived the unit was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The location was wonderful. We saw the new year fireworks off the balcony. The view was beautiful of the mountains across the way. The cabin was roomy for all 8 of us to give us space but cozy feeling for a family gathering. We loved the ease of check-in and door entry. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. With three levels, we all had our privacy when we wanted it. And the location was ideal for the sights we wanted to visit. We would definitely rent this cabin again and hope to return in the fall for the scenery - the enclosed sun room on the main level was welcome for the views minus any night time buggies!

(3 levels) perfect location, close to all of the attractions, Parking area was great, right next to cabin, very few steps to climb. My only concern.. There was a mild mildew smell .. could have been coming from the jacuzzi. ( the place was spotless) overall, we had a wonderful stay, management was very friendly and responds immediately.

  We took our son and his friends to Pigeon Forge to celebrate his birthday. The cabin was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for the adults to be upstairs and the teenagers downstairs. It was conveniently located and the teens took the trolley into the strip and into Dollywood, which saved them on parking fees. We did have some late night (early morning) partiers next door, but that didn't damper our trip nor the cabin experience. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the things we needed for our stay. Looking forward to returning!

  The cabin was very adequate for four adults, four teen girls, and one six year old girl. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions and Gatlinburg, too. But the property needs some TLC. Several little things need attention. For example the switch on one of the lamps in the first floor bedroom didn't work. There was no toliet paper room in the bath on the first floor...little things that a careful eye would see.
