  Decent cabin for a decent price. Clean and close to town. Had a little difficulty figuring out how to operate the remotes until we found a handwritten note on the mantle the next morning. Had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a bonus. We did unfortunately have some loud neighbors playing music and singing loudly at 3:30AM.

  Overall, we loved our stay. The pictures and the price are both more than fair. The master bed and bath were gorgeous and clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
  Our 4 kids loved the gaming console in the loft area. Though the games that were provided by the cabin were in pretty rough shape from the previous tenants and could use addressing.
  We hardly used the main floor, and we ate out for the entirety of our stay - but the kitchen was clean and seemed well stocked. Our kids loved the basement area. It was big enough for our 4, and the bathroom was more than sufficient as well. The hot tub was so nice, and super clean.
  Just know that this cabin is a condo that shares a wall with an adjoining cabin, and that wall is thin. Not a problem if the neighbors are quiet, but at times, ours were not. No fault of this cabin, or its owners, but something to be aware of. Also, this is a cabin community, so you are surrounded on all sides by other cabin condos, so we kept our curtains closed most of the time for privacy sake. Still, this is to be expected in a community like this, and we appreciated that this one butts right up to a patch of forest, which gives more of a "cabin in the woods" feel. Overall, this place was great. My family loved it, and I really appreciated the owners quick and helpful communication. We will definitly be back!

  We loved 350 Lazy Bear, this cabin was very clean and comfortable. A great location close to everything from restaurant's, to shopping, and of course the Island.
  We have stayed here before at 411 Bears Den and again that cabin was also very clear. We enjoyed our stay at both of them and will be back again. Highly recommend both these places.

  Great layout for our family of 6 (4 adults/2 children). Very convenient to Pigeon Forge but away from the busy parkway. It is in a community setting but had enough privacy to enjoy sitting on front porch.

  I loved the idea that felt like a cabin in a remote area when it was really right off the strip.
  
  According to the other two guests with us, you might want to check the thermostat on the downstairs unit as it did not seem to allow the temperature to be raised. Stayed in the 60s.

  Beary Cozy was perfectly located just a few minutes from all the major attractions. Upon entering the cabin everything was exactly like the pictures. It was neat, clean, & very well stocked!   What a great place! It was near perfect. It was very easy to find and had lots of room for parking. The unit was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We loved that it was three levels and three bathrooms. Our teen daughters had their own space on the lower floor with their own small kitchen and bathroom. It was well stocked with kitchen items, paper towels, garbage bags, TP, and even dish soap. All the attractions were just minutes away, and using Waze we were able to take back roads to avoid the traffic jam on the main strip during spring break. We could hear our neighbors in the other half of the duplex from time to time, but overall our stay was very quiet. One suggestion is to add a laundry basket to haul clothes up and down the stairs. We hope to stay here again when we return to TN!

  We have stayed in other facilities from smokyrentals and have had good experiences in all. This is the first we have stayed in this unit and I will say it more than met our needs. I picked this unit do to the fact it is three levels with a bedroom and loft on the third floor and a studio bedroom on the lower level. Our family has different sleeping schedules and this unit really made it nice for everyone. The unit is well equipped and is located in a secluded area but close to the parkway so traffic is not a concern.

  We had planned to take a vacation in the pigeon forge area a few months ago. Booked a different cabin but a couple days before leaving the owner contacted us saying there was a problem with the rental and had to cancel. Luckily we found this Cabin last minute at a great price however there were no reviews. We decided to roll the dice since it was one of the only ones in our price range with a last minute booking.
  
  We hit the JACKPOT! Owner called us the day of check-in early in the morning and informed us they just added the cabin to their rentals and they just finished renovating it that week. This explained the lack of reviews and we felt much better about renting it. The owner was very cool, gave us a rundown of the cabin and all the new features they just added the day before. Could not have been nicer!
  
  Cabin was super clean, very easy to find, Parking was shared with the cabin on the other half of the house so there was room for 2 cars per rental however right next to the cabin was another row of parking with ample space. Cabin had plenty of kitchenware and new appliances. With Covid happening this was awesome for when we got takeout from local restaurants.
  
  All the bathrooms were super clean, plenty of towels with extras under the sinks. Everything was great!
  
  Would definitely suggest renting this cabin to anyone!
