This 2 br, 2 ba condo has all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your vacation. Close to town but up
above it all. where your spirits can lift! It is only about a two-minute drive to the Parkway, but in a relaxing, peaceful setting.

You enter into a large kitchen, with a small bar top separating the dining area and open living area with views right
out the sliding glass door. A guest bathroom and large guest bedroom are just down the hallway, and a full size washer
and dryer is tucked away in the laundry closet for your use.

Just off the living room is a very large master suite with its own private balcony entrance and a very roomy bathroom with large
tile walk in shower & jacuzzi soaker tub!

The living room has a large pull-out sofa for guests, and we leave extra sheets, blankets and pillows in the unit for use!

Easy access elevator takes your just a few feet to your door and the indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, game room, and exercise space are in the same building!

  This is our third time staying at Big Bear Lodge and we love it - it is so convenient to everything being right off the main parkway. The condo is laid out really well for 2 couples and has most anything you could need for your stay but was lacking in a few areas. The guest room bed could use a new mattress or maybe a good topper and there were a few areas throughout the condo that could use some touchups shower curtain rod in the guest bathroom was pretty worn out and rusty and several areas on the walls that needed some repair/touch up paint. But overall the condo was nice and we would stay again. And after traveling with my husbands elderly parents would probably look for something that had some bars/handles around the toilets and showers to help with their peace of mind.

  The reservation process was excellent! Sunny was outstanding to work with and very accommodating. The room was nice and had a beautiful view. The only negative items would be that there was quite a few scuff marks on the walls and door frame etc. I feel very good coat of interior paint would go along way. Also the parking situation is pretty tight. However, overall it was an outstanding experience. The condo was very well insulated and you could not hear any neighbors etc. The furniture was very comfortable and the place was pretty clean. I want to think sunny and the rest of the crew for an amazing stay!

  This was a great choice for our short trip to Pigeon Forge. The unit was clean, beautiful and well-equipped. It was very convenient to restaurants, stores and Dollywood. The view from the balcony was awesome - two beautiful sunsets in two nights.

  This is our 3rd time staying here and it never disappoints. We had originally rented a cabin with another company, but due to the snow storm we had no power and no water. I started a conversation with Larry about renting a condo and told them our situation and within the hour they found our freezing tired family a condo and even let us check in early. I cant say enough great things about Larry, Sunny and Stacy. They saved our trip!! The condo was fabulous as always and the location is perfect! If you havent stayed here, then you are missing out on a hidden gem

  We stayed at this condo complex for the weekend. It is in a great location. The unit itself is a little dated based on the original photos of the property but it was still very comfortable. The fireplace is an electric unit, would really be nice if it were actually a gas fireplace that produced a real fire, we never turned that on. The outdoor balcony is very nice to sit outside and enjoy the surrounding sites both daytime and night. The complex is located very close to the parkway. Parking could be a little tight during busy time periods. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

  Condo was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Large balcony was great. Pool and hot tub in the building was nice to have. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill (a short walk from condo). Very convenient for getting around. We enjoyed are stay and would recommend to anyone planning a stay in the Pigeon Forge area.

  We enjoyed our stay in 3003. There was great communication about our stay and if we needed anything we had good contact numbers. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They provided good start up items for our stay that were very nice to have. Shampoo, make up remover wipes, coffee pods., dish liquid, soap. There was enough for stay. Everything was clean. Good location but I wouldn’t want to walk anywhere because it’s up in the mountain a little. Loved the balcony with the rocking chairs and view! Lots of games to play if you would like. They do have a couple of faucets that need attention but hopefully they will get those fixed soon. I would stay again!

  We have only one complaint! We couldn't stay longer. It was a great place to stay. Clean, lots of room and beautiful views. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. They're quick to answer questions too! 🙂

  So glad we stayed here! Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet tucked away just enough from all the hustle and bustle. It’s minutes away from a Publix, Subway, McDonalds, and other food places. The condo was very clean and spacious with a living room (couch bed), full kitchen with 6 seat dining table, two bedrooms with king size beds, two full bathrooms (shower and bathroom in master bedroom was huge), and an extra large balcony with a spectacular view of the Smokies. My family of 6 (two parents and four teenagers and young adults) fit very comfortably here for a week. The owners answer texts immediately if any questions/problems arise. I highly recommend staying here.

  Our time at 3003 Big Bear was wonderful. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. We had some issues with the internet but they were quickly resolved with a text. We were hoping to enjoy the balcony and the views, but it rained the entire time. It’s a beautiful location and we hope to stay there again.
