  We had a business retreat & rented this big cabin & several rented yurts & treehouses. Location is amazing! You feel like you are deep in the mountains but just off the main road (which is off the strip full of traffic). Bonus is every night at 9:45pm you can watch Dollywood fireworks & drone laser show from deck/firepit area.
  
  Cabin was spacious & plenty of room for our group. Beds comfortable, very clean. And everyone congregated at the firepit each night.
  
  Coffee pot “died” but it was quickly replaced. I highly recommend this complex for yurts, treehouse & the big cabin. You won’t regret it.

  PROS: Excellent location.. so close to everything (Dollywood, Old Mill, Apple Barn, The Island). We were literally with 15 minutes of every place we wanted to go! Very clean property- inside AND out. Plenty of room/activities (hockey table, 2 hot tubs, 6 TV’s, fire pit, porch with rockers); VERY RESPONSIVE management team (Sunny and Stacy are great!); Very quiet area and we felt safe!
  
  CONS: Because the cabin is a log cabin, there are many ‘creaks’ when walking throughout the house... please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper since EVERY movement in the house can be heard during the night.
  Cookware/utensils were plentiful; however, there is absolutely NOTHING else there (salt/pepper, spices of any kind, foil, ketchup/mustard, etc). Just realize that you will need to purchase EVERY food/spice/prep item if cooking while there; Be mindful that YURTS are VERY close to the cabin... you can see/hear YURT guests on their porch and they can see you on yours.
  
  Overall, this was a perfect fit for our family of 9 and we were VERY PLEASED! Would definitely recommend!

  Over all it was above the expectations! Just a couple things we would have expected. 1. Would have thought a party of 8 there would have been more than 2 coffee pods! 2. Dish soap for misc. around sink. 3. we only got 2 Dishwasher soap with a party of 8 we used the dishwasher like 5 times! On the bright side we planned ahead and brought the extra things like listed above except the liquid dish soap! Over all it was a very clean and pleasant to be able to stay there!   Of all the cabins we have stayed in over the years, this one is our favorite. We loved the convenience of being closer in than others we have rented.   The cabin is in an excellent location, close to everything but away from the crowds. We have 30 years of experience visiting Pigeon Forge and usually stay in a hotel. We put that grill to work and it kept up and the hot tubs and shuffle board were great for us.   I rented this cabin to spend time with my girls. I have 3 adult daughters and two granddaughters and one younger grandson and I wanted to have quality time with them since I live in Georgia (as does one of my daughters) and the others live in Illinois. The cabin was roomy, nicely done and clean. The hot tubs were well used. It was 10 minutes from Dollywood and Splash Country without having to get on the Parkway so traffic was not as hectic. We loved it and had a great time.

  This was my first time booking something other than an hotel and I can’t say enough about the whole experience. Two weeks before our vacation Sunny texted there was a problem with our condo we had had been sold. Sunny acted on it right away and said she had a 3 bedroom cabin with king beds, two hot tubs and so much more for two people. We had the best time relaxing, using the hot tubs...very nice and warm. The place had everything that we would was clean and had mmhigh end appliances. Sunny made sure to check on us before and after arrival..the cleaning staff was also very pleasant...making sure we had everything. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge and other attractions in the area. It is as beautiful as the pictures. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to this area.

  My husband and I, our two children and their spouse and children (10 total) spent spring break in Pidgeon Forge and chose this cabin for our stay. We knew it would be good but it far exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room so we were never on top of each other. With two hot tubes there was always 2-3 people in each tub nightly! The place was super clean, top appliances and stocked with everything we needed and if we needed anything at all the management were more than willing to supply it, checking on us throughout the week but not being bothersome. It was quiet with wonderful views! And it was close to everything! We will definitely go back and would recommend this place to anyone!

  Location was amazing to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy 50 min drive to Knoxville Airport. Our group was 9 ladies, plenty of beds and bathrooms for us all. Everything was very clean. Hot Tubs were on and working perfectly. Property Manager is very accessible if you need her. She communicated beyond amazing on any needs we had. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas was all very close to the unit.
  The unit is set back in the woods so the views are amazing. Close to things yet set back so when you are at the cabin you feel relaxed.
  Yurts on property I'm some reviews are a complaint. They are not an issue. This is a vacation rental owned property. They have things divided on their own lots. (Yurt is a permanent standing tent) These yurts are very nice looking. This should never discourage you from staying here.

  We had another place booked and learned last minute it was not at all what we had hoped for so I found this beautiful cabin and they were able to help us right away and save our trip! The only snag we ran into was there was no bath tub so it was a bit of a challenge with our littles but we made it work and thankfully the showers were big with detachable heads so we made it fun for them to clean up!   We had a wonderful stay in this cabin/house! The cabin was spotless and had everything you possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and makes for a cozy atmosphere. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. It even had a crockpot. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The views from the deck were outstanding. Sitting outside by the fire pit was a nice way to wind down the evening. Dollywood is right next door so we got to a beautiful fireworks show from the deck! The property manger was wonderful to deal with and so easy to book. The location was very quiet yet so close to town, and all of the activities. This cabin has plenty of room to accommodate large families/friends. We will definitely be coming back here next summer for the week!

  The cabin was very nice and clean. The location was great. We couldn’t get the tvs to work called and they fixed right away. Some in our party went back to cabin and kept trying the code. The office called to make sure it was us and not someone else. Enjoyed our stay very much. We will be staying again.

  We had a group of girls here for a girl’s trip and the cabin was perfect. It was in a beautiful location and had everything we needed. The place can be a little hard to find at first, but Larry and Sunny’s directions really help. Larry and Sunny were great hosts. So accommodating and quick to respond to my texts. The location is also perfect if you plan on going to Dollywood! It’s so close by. The location is really close to things but with traffic it does take a little longer. Great place to stay would stay again in a heartbeat!

  We had a wonderful time. The cabin was in close distance to the Parkway and right next door to Dollywood which was very convenient. The cabin was very spacious and accommodated my family very well. We will hopefully be back next year.
