  Over all it was above the expectations! Just a couple things we would have expected. 1. Would have thought a party of 8 there would have been more than 2 coffee pods! 2. Dish soap for misc. around sink. 3. we only got 2 Dishwasher soap with a party of 8 we used the dishwasher like 5 times! On the bright side we planned ahead and brought the extra things like listed above except the liquid dish soap! Over all it was a very clean and pleasant to be able to stay there!   The house was nice. It was clean. We didn’t know that all 3 bathrooms are located in bedrooms. During the night we’d have to go through someone’s bedroom to get to a bathroom. Not ideal with a large group with young children. The yurts are very close to the house. That might bother some folks if they are hoping for some privacy. If you’re on the porch you can look directly down to the hot tubs used by those staying in the yurts. In the bathroom there are no shelves to put shampoo, soap, etc on. It all has to go on the floor of the shower. No hooks anywhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. The beds are fairly comfortable but be aware of the way the beds are made. You have to climb over a log to get in the bed. Not a pleasant thing to do at night or first thing in the morning. Older folks might have a good bit of difficulty. The fireplace stopped working and someone came by and fixed it very quickly. We had plenty of towels. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked. Be sure you have the correct address for your cabin. We rode all over the place in a very tight neighborhood of cabins looking for ours. It was in a completely different place. We would recommend this cabin but we would not stay there again.

  Of all the cabins we have stayed in over the years, this one is our favorite. We loved the convenience of being closer in than others we have rented. Even though it was too hot to use the fire pit, we loved sitting around it at night talking and laughing. The beds were so comfortable and all the furniture was top of the line.   The cabin is in an excellent location, close to everything but away from the crowds. We have 30 years of experience visiting Pigeon Forge and usually stay in a hotel. We had a large group and this cabin was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and hot tubs wonderful after a long day at Dollywood. The house was spotless and beautifully finished and furnished; it was obvious owners & property managers take great care of the property.   My group loved this vacation. We had 10 guys in their early 20s at this cabin and it was a perfect amount of space for us all. We put that grill to work and it kept up and the hot tubs and shuffle board were great for us. On top of it all, the property owner was really nice and will offer recommendations for breakfast nearby if you ever need anything. 100% would come back again.

  I rented this cabin to spend time with my girls. I have 3 adult daughters and two granddaughters and one younger grandson and I wanted to have quality time with them since I live in Georgia (as does one of my daughters) and the others live in Illinois. The cabin was roomy, nicely done and clean. The hot tubs were well used. It was 10 minutes from Dollywood and Splash Country without having to get on the Parkway so traffic was not as hectic. We loved it and had a great time.

  This was my first time booking something other than an hotel and I can’t say enough about the whole experience. Two weeks before our vacation Sunny texted there was a problem with our condo we had had been sold. Sunny acted on it right away and said she had a 3 bedroom cabin with king beds, two hot tubs and so much more for two people. We had the best time relaxing, using the hot tubs...very nice and warm. The place had everything that we would was clean and had mmhigh end appliances. Sunny made sure to check on us before and after arrival..the cleaning staff was also very pleasant...making sure we had everything. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge and other attractions in the area. It is as beautiful as the pictures. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to this area.

  The cabin is nicely furnished and clean (besides the hot tubs) but buyer be aware - it is literally located under a massive cell tower. The photo of the fire pit is very strategically taken. You look at a massive lit cell tower as you sit by the fire. I would encourage the owners to be fully transparent with the photos so people can make an informed decision on where to spend their money and vacation time. We thought we were getting a remote cabin away from city amenities and were highly disappointed, and were concerned about the health effects. The hot tubs were also not very hot.

We knew it would be good but it far exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room so we were never on top of each other. With two hot tubes there was always 2-3 people in each tub nightly! The place was super clean, top appliances and stocked with everything we needed and if we needed anything at all the management were more than willing to supply it, checking on us throughout the week but not being bothersome. It was quiet with wonderful views! And it was close to everything! We will definitely go back and would recommend this place to anyone!

  Location was amazing to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy 50 min drive to Knoxville Airport. Our group was 9 ladies, plenty of beds and bathrooms for us all. Everything was very clean. Hot Tubs were on and working perfectly. Property Manager is very accessible if you need her. She communicated beyond amazing on any needs we had. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas was all very close to the unit.
  The unit is set back in the woods so the views are amazing. Close to things yet set back so when you are at the cabin you feel relaxed.
  Yurts on property I'm some reviews are a complaint. They are not an issue. This is a vacation rental owned property. They have things divided on their own lots. (Yurt is a permanent standing tent) These yurts are very nice looking. This should never discourage you from staying here.
  We would stay again! Everything was perfect for us. Thank You!

  We came all the way from California for our travel baseball team to play in the Cal Ripken Tournament in Pigeon Forge.   We had another place booked and learned last minute it was not at all what we had hoped for so I found this beautiful cabin and they were able to help us right away and save our trip! Home is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. The only snag we ran into was there was no bath tub so it was a bit of a challenge with our littles but we made it work and thankfully the showers were big with detachable heads so we made it fun for them to clean up! We will definitely rent with this company again ( maybe in a Yurt!!) And definitely this cabin again with our extended family.

Just not with the Yurts all around. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. It even had a crockpot. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The views from the deck were outstanding. Sitting outside by the fire pit was a nice way to wind down the evening. Dollywood is right next door so we got to a beautiful fireworks show from the deck! The property manger was wonderful to deal with and so easy to book. The location was very quiet yet so close to town, and all of the activities. This cabin has plenty of room to accommodate large families/friends. We will definitely be coming back here next summer for the week!

The place can be a little hard to find at first, but Larry and Sunny’s directions really help. Larry and Sunny were great hosts. So accommodating and quick to respond to my texts. The location is also perfect if you plan on going to Dollywood! It’s so close by. The location is really close to things but with traffic it does take a little longer.   Let me say the overall experience was still pleasant; however, there were a few disappointments with the property itself. The outside pictures are misleading. It was not described anywhere that construction on the property was occurring, and the pictures don't even show Yurts being built. Highly disappointed that it wasn't documented or made known. Aside from them being so close to the cabin itself, a construction crew came out around 8am on Saturday morning to work on one of the Yurts; this is very inconsiderate for all guests staying in the cabin and anyone trying to relax. For that alone, I wouldn't recommend this cabin to anyone just yet. The construction really should be complete before anyone stays here. The cabin itself was nice and clean on the inside. Everything we needed was there, and everyone loved the beds! No one was disappointed with the beds or the hot tubs. While internet was advertised, the service was extremely slow and couldn't be used for searching anything. We didn't need it ourselves because cell service was fine, but thought I would mention this is not a place to stream any videos or apps using their internet. Locating the cabin was a little challenging, but the directions given definitely helped. There is no address number posted on the street, so turning right before the Dollywood sign was our saving grace. Lastly, this cabin has no tubs; all showers. We knew that going into the cabin, but we didn't know the hot water was restricted. This is definitely not a good experience for those that love a hot shower. While the cabin has plenty of hot water, obvious based on the kitchen sink, the shower knob in each bathroom only went half way as if a stopper was put in place from going all the way over. This meant you had luke-warm showers at best.

  We had a wonderful time. The cabin was in close distance to the Parkway and right next door to Dollywood which was very convenient. The cabin was very spacious and accommodated my family very well. We will hopefully be back next year.
