  The condo was very clean and pictures were accurate. It was decorated for the holidays, so that was a nice bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the large tub and open shower in the master. The large wrap-around porch was nice to sit on outside. The property managers were awesome as far as expectations and communication. We will definitely stay again and want to try out some of their other properties.

  We had another great stay at Big Bear 2005 - the condo is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are in a cabin but have the convenience of being close to everything. The unit was very clean and was exactly as pictured and you couldn't beat the location - off the strip but close enough to get there within a couple of minutes. What really stood out for us though is the communication and attention we received from Sunny, Stacy and Larry. Getting us the information we needed and making sure that we were happy with everything really impressed me. Book this Condo - it's worth every penny.

  We had a fabulous stay!! The condo is awesome, you feel like you are in a cabin because the decor is perfectly mountains but you have the convenience of being close to everything!! Beds were super comfy, the wraparound balcony was AWESOME (even though it did rain every day of our stay), it is exactly what a luxury condo rental should be. Kitchen had everything needed it you wanted to do some cooking, but we prefer to eat out and bring leftovers back.

  Every aspect from reserving the condo, checking in, and checking out was very easy. The condo was in a perfect place, far enough away from the Parkway to be quiet but close enough to everything that you didn't need to drive more than 15 minutes to all the attractions. The condo was beautiful with the wrap around deck which was perfect for looking at the beautiful view.

  We rented this unit as part of a birthday getaway for myself and my son. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of cookware, close to attractions. The only thing I recommend that I needed while there is some pot holders, measuring cup, and a whisk. The master bathroom door may need some repair/adjusting, it made a loud creaking noise and then a pop after opening it up at a certain point. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool and hot tub was a bonus for the kids as well

  The place was very nice and clean. They let us know on our way up that the air conditioner was out. They had installed window units in the living room and bedrooms.   We love this location because of the ease of getting to EVERYTHING! My only issue was the bed in the master bedroom. Being 5’4” it was difficult because of the side rails, to get in the bed. There was only one lamp in the master b/r, so we took one from the second bedroom to the master. If I could make a couple small suggestions, (1) soap holders needed for bar soaps on vanities, and a full length mirror would be nice.
