The dreamy cabin is just next to Dollywood - You can hear the train whistle from your front deck! A perfect retreat for families or a romantic getaway. The cozy, in the tree space, has everything you need & nothing you don’t. Disconnect from the hustle & bustle to reconnect with loved ones & nature. Come soak in the views while relaxing in the hot tub right in the treetops! Enjoy the mountains & unforgettable starry-night skies. Relax on our two decks and watch the sunrise with coffee or grill out at sunset. This peaceful cabin is not one to miss.

Walk across the wooden boardwalk to your cozy cute unit - enter into the entryway with a walk-in tile shower bathroom to your left and king-sized bedroom to your right. Continue on into a cute living room with a large smart tv and turn to the right into the wonderful kitchen with full sized appliances and completely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, cups and glasses! You just need to bring any food (including spices, foil, saran, etc.). There is also a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and a crockpot! Go out onto the deck from here to enjoy the gas grill and the four-person hot tub!

Go up the stairs to another walk-in tile shower bathroom and another king-sized bedroom. Just around the corner in their own little nook is a set of twin bunk beds each with its own stargazer window! Go out onto the deck from here to enjoy and relax under the night sky!

  We had a nice view of the changing leaves. Every morning we had five turkeys outside of our treehouse that came to visit us. The treehouse was easy to get to and every Friday and Saturday nights we could see the fireworks from Dollywood. It capped off a perfect stay !!!

  We had a great stay. It was clean and very cozy. The decorations contributed to the cozy feel and all the white decorative lighting outside gave it a dream look.   This home was really Upton of the trees and trees we built into the back porch which I love.this cabin was easy for a disabled to get to also or anyone. Don't worry about this rental company being clean it's always the cleanest of place's. Beautiful scenery and we felt at home everything in the cabin is new. I loved the showers and the bedrooms perfect for just 2 or 6 people.the owners always make sure you have everything for a weeks stay. Smart tvs and big comfortable beds and big hot tube and grill on your porch everything about this home we loved and will be back.

  After a year of one medical crisis after another, we decided to gather our family (adult daughter and family plus ourselves) together to "escape" life and recharge for a 2-day trip. Stacy and the owner were a pleasure to work with. Communication was spot on! They both worked with us to get us in Treetop Cabin #3.The cabin is beautiful! It is clean and laid out nicely. The cabin floor plan provided ample space for us to come together for conversation, coffee, and/or games but still gave each family their "own" space. The grandson loved the bunkbeds with his own TV! The bathrooms are spacious and supplied with plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and supplies. We didn't cook, but there were pans and cooking utensils available had we needed them. The hot tub was a treat! The view is very beautiful. While we could see the other cabins, we could not see their decks. This assured each cabin deck had privacy. The cabin is 5 minutes from Alpine Roller Coaster (a must do). It is less than 10 minutes (traffic dependent, of course) from The Island (Sky Fly is awesome), Pirate Dinner Theater, Hatfield and McCoy's Dinner Theater (highly recommend), and Putt-Putt courses galore. We hope to return again this year for a trip to Dollywood. You will not be disappointed with Cabin #3. Thank you to Stacy and the Mcnutt's for making our escape perfect. P.S. This was also our 45th anniversary, so the trip was also a celebration!

  5 stars or as many as you can give !! My smoky rentals did lodging for my wedding at the new Nichols heir venue this past weekend. Every guest raved about the cabins, tree houses and yurts they stayed in. How cool of an experience! Larry the owner is such a nice guy and does amazing work on his properties. I have stayed at a lot of places and the attentiveness and hospitality with this rental group is top notch. They have an amazing gem on their hands that makes every request happen and always goes way above and beyond her duties. Her name is Sunny.
