Located just off of Wears Valley Road, about 20 minutes from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge, this Newly Renovated Cabin has two covered wrap-around porches with a gas grill and lots of rockers, comfy chairs & views to relax and soak in the peace of the valley. Easy location and close to lots of activities. Burning Tree offers you the privacy and views, without the crazy mountain drive!

Step onto the wrap around porch to the front door and walk into a large open family room with two dining areas, lots of space to sit around the living room, and a large family kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc and look through the large windows out onto the porch at the amazing valley & mountain view. The main level also hosts a large master bedroom with king bed and a double walk-in shower, and there is a half bath just off the living room!

Head upstairs to a large sitting area with a comfy chair to relax and read or nap or just look out at that incredible view. On either side of the sitting area are two bedrooms, both king beds & both have their own baths with beautiful tile walk-in showers. All bedrooms have Samsung Smart Televisions for your enjoyment.

Downstairs will take you to the laundry & then into the large Game Room, with a shuffleboard table, Boss Toss Game, Foosball Table, Corn Hole Bean Bag Toss, and much more. From there you can enter the Theater Room with a Large Screen & Theater Chairs!

Just through another door on the lower level is the bunk room with a set of Queen Bunks (log bunk beds, large & sturdy), another lounge area with a large flat screen & lots of space to relax & enjoy the fun! There is also a full bathroom just off of the bunk room with walk-in shower. Also, off of the bunk room is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed & full bathroom with a large tile walk-in shower.

  Burning Tree is a great cabin in a great location. The place is huge with all kinds of room for everyone and is even nicer than the photos. Great location up the mountain and away from the crowds. It is my favorite cabin we have stayed at in the Smokies. Our group loved it. I would recommend to others and would love to stay there again myself.
  Be sure to check out the Skylift across the road at Harpers Bros Mountain. Super nice people.
  As far as eating, everything was very good...Elvira's Cafe and Pawpaw's Kitchen in Wears Valley, Riverstone and Apple Valley Cafe in Townsend, Best Italian and New Orleans Sandwich Shop in downtown Gatlinburg.
  My favs being Pawpaw's and New Orleans.

  Wedding weekend in the Smokys for my daughter. Larger and better than I expected, photos do not do it justice! Beautiful views and space, large bedroom and very nice bathroom. Love that there are plenty of bathrooms for a large amount of people staying. Downstairs was perfect for the bride to be and bridesmaids!

  The location, the view, and the cabin itself is amazing! Beware of bears though! A bear climbed on top of one our cars, climbed in the bed of our truck and then ended up clawing open our convertible top on our Mustang! We are still waiting to hear back from the insurance company of the renters to see if it will cover the damages.

  This cabin is very large and very clean! We had plenty of room for our party of 9 to spread out or hang out together. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The kitchen has the basics as far as dishware and pots/pans. There are a few Kcups to get you started. We had to purchase salt & pepper, which I had assumed would be a staple. The view from the deck is gorgeous and there is plenty of outdoor seating. We appreciated that there are 2 large tables to seat everyone for meals and games. Overall a very nice place to stay and we would definitely come back!

  We went for the night and it was perfect! They were very responsive with answering our questions! We had a tree down blocking us to leave the next day and they were very friendly with allowing us to stay a few minutes late to wait for it to get up! Only thing I wish they had was a hot tub! It was a perfect private setting place for it! The game room and the movie room was a bonus! So many options to sleep! Lots of room! We grilled out on the grill and had a visitor overnight! Would stay here again!

  Our stay at the Burning Tree Cabin in Sevierville was AWESOME. We had 6 adults and 3 children on this family trip and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The location was perfect - great views of the mountains and plenty of space between this Cabin and the neighbors. The Cabin was exactly as pictured on the site - Clean, well-stocked with the necessary supplies and wonderfully laid out. There was plentiful seating for the entire family group to all sit together at the table as well as in the multiple living rooms. Everyone enjoyed the shuffleboard and foosball competitions. The management team communications were perfect - very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. So much to do and close to all the sites we wanted to visit in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge & Sevierville area. We took a trip through Cades Cove, did some gem mining, enjoyed Paula Dean's Lumberjack competition and took time to ride through the Smokey Mountain National Park and stop to absorb the beauty of the land - especially the waterfalls. We had no issues with our stay and would strongly recommend this Cabin/Location/Management Team to anyone looking for a beautiful stay in the mountains.

  We loved our stay at Burning Tree cabin. First of all, the management staff was fantastic - thank you Sunny and Stacy. They were quick to answer questions and returned calls immediately,night or day -- even when we were locked out of the cabin due to an error on our part. Also,the cabin was even better than pictured. It was very open with beautiful views and was extremely clean. We had family from different states staying,so lots of space for socializing and a great kitchen set up for family meals. Everyone also enjoyed the gaming areas and movie room downstairs,along with the private suites throughout the house for quiet time. The location of Burning Tree was also ideal. We were conveniently located between Pigeon Forge,Townsend/Cades Cove,and Gatlinburg (using a cut through). We certainly plan to stay at Burning Tree on future visits to the Smoky Mountains.

  Cabin is very nice. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Let it be known that the cleaning service they use is very honest. A family member left a pair of diamond earrings and they were returned!! Restores my faith in humanity!! Cabin was clean except for the floors and the only way we knew they were dirty was the grands had black feet after running around barefoot. Showers were so beautiful and up to date. Kitchen could have used a few more serving pieces for the amount of people the cabin can have. In fact this cabin can sleep more than 12! Plenty of room. Wish for a hot tub for next year! We will be back.

  My family along with my siblings & their spouses stayed here for our annual December trip and instantly fell in love! So much space and perfect for when more kids come into the family. My kids loved the movie theater room! Not a crazy drive to pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Love that there are mom & pop shops and other places I’d never visited before around the cabin. 5 minute drive to dollar general and like 10/ 15 to Kroger if you need snacks or groceries. We loved it so much we wanted to go ahead and book for next year!

  This cabin has become our new group favorite. We are a small youth group with a small budget from a small town so finding this cabin was a blessing. Communication and instructions were clear before our arrival, during our stay, and after checkout. If we asked a question, it was answered quickly. Stacy and Sunny kept us informed and were so nice. It is in Wears Valley centrally located to Pigeon Forge and Townsend with beautiful views all around. To say this cabin is clean and spacious is an understatement. It is newly renovated with all the amenities needed plus extras. Our kids were able to screen mirror/cast to the TVs and cheer for their school games live and watch Disney on many different screens. The theater room is phenomenal. There is ample comfortable seating throughout. A great bonus for our allergy sufferers was NO CARPET anywhere in the house. The kitchen is roomy enough for several teens to roam through at once getting breakfast/snacks and make hot chocolate. There is a Keurig that has the feature of using a carafe or pods. Although we didn’t cook while we were there the kitchen seemed to have everything needed to do so and there is a gas grill on the deck. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms so no one had to wait long. The showers on the main level and second floor were the best! The washer/dryer is also standard size (not one of those small apartment single unit styles that takes forever to go through a cycle). There was dishwashing liquid and enough dishwasher detergent for two loads. We definitely recommend this cabin and look forward to another visit.

  The location and the views are amazing. The size is perfect for a family to be together, yet have space to enjoy various activities at the house. Very Clean. If you plan to cook, please know there are basic cooking supplies in kitchen, but not equipped to cook for a large family, which this home accommodates 12. There were no dish towels to wash/dry dishes, so we had to use bathroom towels and rags. But, We would stay there again.

  I'm a very picky person when choosing a place to stay in during family vacations.I have to have a beautiful very clean place for my kids to live in and enjoy their time. After I booked this cabin I started getting very nervous and kept looking at the pictures posted online, I didn't like it that much but I kept telling myself to relax and wait until I get there and if I don't like something I'll just let them know. When I got there I couldn't believe they posted those photos, this cabin is absolutely beautiful it's 100 times better than in photos. My kids and husband were shocked seeing it. I loved how happy they looked with this place, it was huge so many beds, tvs,games, big theater room. All the sheets blankets pillows were new. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable it was the best sleep I had in a long time. The kitchen was huge and has new pots,pans,cups,mugs, everything you'll need. It's home away from home.I booked 7 days exactly before I got there I was thinking it was probably too much, but when I finished my 7 days I needed to book 4 more days and when my 4 days were over my husband had to drag me out. I've never felt so comfortable in a place I rented during our trips like I felt in this place. It's so homey and also Sunny the manager of my smokey rentals was so amazing and made us feel so welcome she checked up on us everyday and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you Sunny for everything. We usually take a family trip once to twice a year and I never go to the same state . But now I can't imagine not going to Tennessee every year and staying in this cabin and dealing with anyone other than Sunny. Thank you again for everything.

  We had 12 adults that stayed, and had room for more, in this gorgeous cabin. We parked 6 cars in the parking lot and could have parked more, driveway is a little steep. We cooked full meals in this well stocked spacious kitchen with 2 large tables to sit everyone at. The theater room was amazing we watched a couple of movies in there and the young adults and adults all enjoyed the shuffle board, foosball, and bag toss games! Beautiful views from either wrap around porches. Great owners messaged them throughout the stay. They were quick to respond and very accommodating! Highly recommend this cabin for your large group stay!
