Sunny Smith, one of the managers from Smokey Mountain Rentals sent over a maintenance worker that was unable to fix the television. Within the hour, I had a new TV installed . Her response was commendable. This place was cozy and comfortable in a great location.

  Clean condo, nice decor. 5th floor, elevator access. Nice kitchen, has a lot of what you need. King bed is great- comfortable, several pillows to choose from and additional blankets available. Location was perfect for our 3 day stay and Dollywood visit. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa (note: to unlock gate, pull up, with gusto, on knob on top of post).

  This condo is located on the top floor at Golf View within 1-2 miles of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, yet quiet location and feels secluded. This end unit condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, close to elevator and our stay was super quiet. The king memory foam mattress was amazingly comfortable. Enjoyed the Keurig, but would definitely recommend an additional regular drip coffee maker as those who don't own a Keurig would be bringing their own supply of ground coffee and filters. Enjoy a free Dollywood fireworks show at 9:30PM outside your front door. Communication with property manager is exceptional. We highly recommend this condo.
